OCEAN CITY TODAY/NANCY POWELL Motorists drive on the Assawoman Bridge on Wednesday, one day after it reopened to traffic. The bridge had been closed since mid-October for struc- tural repairs. Traffic resumed well ahead of the original mid-December date.
