FREE DIABETES CLINIC — Atlantic General Hospital will be offering a free diabetes clinic to residents, 18 years of age and older, of Worcester and Somerset counties with limited resources who need help with medications, test strips and glucose meters. The clinics include limited education and HgbA1C finger stick blood test, glucose finger stick blood test, blood pressure screening, American Diabetes Association Risk Assessment and dietitian counseling.
