OCES schedules registration appts Ocean City Elementary School will begin taking appointments for prekindergarten and kindergarten registration in January. Children who will be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2010 are eligible for the pre-kindergarten program. Children who will be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2010 must register for kindergarten.
