Ladies fall to Centennial in semifinal competition
(Nov. 13, 2009) The Stephen Decatur volleyball team solidified its slot in the 3A East Regional semifinals after finishing off the Northeast Eagles in less than an hour Monday in Berlin. The fourth-seeded Lady Seahawks, who received a first-round bye, won the match over No. 5 Northeast of Anne Arundel County (0-14) in three games, 25-8, 25-13 and 25-10. Full Story
Junior Dolphins win big, make it five consecutive
(Nov. 13, 2009) The Junior Dolphins hosted Princess Anne in Berlin last Saturday, shutting out the Jaguars, 40- 0. Tayevon Mills dominated, scoring almost all the Dolphins' points behind great blocking. The Dolphins led at halftime 33-0. Full Story
Cadet Dolphins fall to Bull Dogs, blame mistakes
(Nov. 13, 2009) The Berlin Cadet Dolphins lost their third consecutive game to the Wicomico Bull Dogs, 19-6 after giving up three big plays in the first half. The Bull Dogs scored twice to take a 13-0 lead. Early in the second quarter, the Dolphins B team answered back with a J.J. Purnell touchdown to trail 13-6. Full Story

Berlin football team ends 'roller coaster' season 5-5
(Nov. 13, 2009) The final game of the season was a must-win for the Stephen Decatur football team to advance to the 3A East Regional tournament. The Seahawks came up a little short, losing last Friday's contest against the more athletic Snow Hill Eagles, 21-14. Full Story
Runners fail to qualify for state championships
(Nov. 13, 2009) The 3A East Regional cross-country meet at Centennial High School in Ellicott City Nov. 5 did not go as well as expected for the 14 runners representing Stephen Decatur. None of the athletes finished high enough to advance to the state championship. Full Story
LITTLE LADY SEAHAWKS END '09 UNDEFEATED
Stephen Decatur's junior varsity volleyball team celebrates the end of its record-breaking season. The undefeated Seahawks, who captured every victory by winning two consecutive games, never having to play a third, are Kristen Miller, Casey Ortiz, Hallee Carr, Ashley Trice, Amy Casey, Nikki Carpenter, Alexis Martinek, Destinee Zimmerman, Julia Miller, Emlyn Hammer, Bianca Alvarado and Coach Sarah Zimmer.
