Christmas is coming
Ocean City Parks and Recreation employees set up the "Six Geese a Laying" light display at Northside Park on Thursday morning. The park is the center of the Winterfest of Lights celebration that will run from Nov. 19 to Jan. 2. Light displays depicting the Christmas Carol "The Twelve Days of Christmas" and others are being set up at the park, and visitors will be able to ride a train through the park to view the displays during the festival. Commissioners stand by decision to discuss employees behind doors
(Nov. 6, 2009) The president of the Worcester County Commissioners said Monday she thinks the ruling against them by the Maryland Open Meetings Compliance board last week was wrong. Clarke not a fan of Pines crafts club shop: 'Bulldoze it,' he says
(Nov. 6, 2009) "Bulldoze it!" Director Marty Clarke said of the small crafts shop in White Horse Park last week during a discussion about facilities in Ocean Pines.
