The Adkins Company closes for winter, maybe longer
(Oct. 23, 2009) The Adkins Company at 56th Street will close its doors at the close of business Nov. 14. But that doesn't mean closing for good. The plan is to re-open the store in the spring, but that plan could change if someone wants to lease the building. Only a few of the items will be moved to the other stores. Full Story

Medical office site plans approved The Berlin Planning Commission approved the final site plan for the Eastside Professional Center on Oct. 14. The proposed project, a 12,000-square-foot medical office building, is to be built on Route 346 near Olympia Shopping Center. Full Story
