One pound is major difference in tuna tournament winner
(July 17, 2009) Just one pound separated the top three catches that won cash prizes for anglers fishing in the 22nd annual Ocean City Tuna Tournament last weekend. Marlin Club event focuses on youths
5TH ANNUAL KIDS CLASSIC
(July 17, 2009) This weekend is all about the junior anglers as approximately 350 are anticipated to participate in the Marlin Club's fifth annual Kids Classic fishing tournament. The Classic's popularity continues to grow each year. About 80 junior anglers took part in the inaugural tournament and last year, 327 competed. Full Story

Berlin Little League tournament teams do well in competition
(July 17, 2009) The Berlin Little League Tournament Teams opened their season with competition in Delmar last weekend. The 9- and 10-year-old squad swept the tournament, winning its three contests. Season ends earlier than expected for three Little League teams
(July 17, 2009) Three of the four Berlin Little League All Star teams' seasons ended this week, sooner than players and coached expected. n 9- AND 10-YEAR-OLDS: The 9- and 10-year-old squad was 3-0, outscoring opponents 53-19, before last Saturday's home match against Delmar.
