Rape Ocean Pines police arrested a 17-year-old Pennsylvania youth June 17 on rape and sexual assault charges. Due to the seriousness of the charges, Marcus A. Quinones of Dillsburg, Pa., was charged as an adult with second-degree rape and second- and third-degree sexual offense. Full Story
