Worcester waterline f lushing schedule announced
(April 3, 2009) The Water and Wastewater Division of Public Works will begin its semi-annual program for flushing waterlines in Ocean Pines, River Run and Pennington Commons during April and May. Funding for canal dredging program still undecided
(April 3, 2009) Until 2008, the responsibility for dredging the many canals crisscrossing the bayside of Ocean City rested in the hands of the property owners living along each canal. WHAT A RIDE! OCEAN CITY TODAY/RACHAEL PACELLA Workers were setting up rides at Jolly Roger at the Pier Tuesday morning when the load on the back of a flatbed truck shifted around 9 a.m., according to the Ocean City Police Department. The shift in weight caused the cab of the truck to go up into the air. Police said nobody was inside the cab at the time. A crane pulled the truck back to the ground. No injuries were reported.
