(Sept. 3, 2010) A Pennsylvania man was arrested on first-degree murder charges in Berlin on Wednesday after he allegedly killed his elderly mother by running over her with his car multiple times.

Detectives from the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation arrested Steven Frederick Molin, 58, of Darby, Pa. on charges of first- and second-degree murder and manslaughter.

Palmer Gillis, the developer, has proposed paying up to a $1 million to replace and widen the north gate bridge at Ocean Pines and Route 589. In return, he expects to build an access road to his property from Ocean Parkway, between the pond, and the homes located on Dawn Isle.

(Sept. 3, 2010) The 2009 season was the Stephen Decatur golf team’s most successful, with the Seahawks winning all but one regular-season match, capturing the Bayside Conference title and becoming back-toback District VIII champions.

It was the first time since Jim Krall started coaching 11 years ago that the team won both in one season.
